Carnival provides discounts and special perks to military personnel

iStock_000003397789XSmall US FlagIf you are a current or retired member of the U.S. military or Canada National Defense, take note: Carnival is offering a special promotion you’ll want to take advantage of this month.  (This is certainly timely, given that we’re just around the corner from Independence Day here in the U.S.)

Through July 13, 2014, military personnel can receive discounts of up to 30 percent, and get a complimentary two-category cabin upgrade when they book on a variety of three- to 13-day departures.  Destinations include the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexican Riviera, Alaska, Canada, New England and the Panama Canal, and the sailings run through December 31, 2014.

A few notes for when you book: the promotion is valid for individual bookings only, and you must provide proof of military service. Also, eligible military personnel must sail to take advantage of this offer.  Certain other restrictions apply, so make sure you discuss with your agent.

This is a great way for Carnival to show their appreciation for the outstanding military personnel who are proudly serving our country.
