Taking its name from the Japanese word for “spirit”, this intimate restaurant aboard Silver Spirit specializes in fine Asian fusion cuisine including regional dishes from Japan as well as from China, Thailand, Vietnam and India. From Kobe beef to spider lobster, exquisite creations are prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients. Admire the artistry of seafood delicacies as they are sculpted before you at the central Chef’s Table. Sake pairings are also available. Per guest reservation fee.
