Silver Nova’s Architecture creates a new opportunity to deliver Silversea’s ultra-luxury experience.

Silver Nova’s asymmetrical configuration and horizontal layout introduces a new generation of spacious suites.
For the first time in Silversea history, Silver Nova’s suites run the entire length of the ship on four decks separate from the five decks that are home to the ship’s amenities. While preserving Silversea’s beloved trademarks, this revolutionary design lets the public areas fuse seamlessly. And for in another first, the new horizontal design will introduce Silversea’s first premium aft suites with their 270-degree views of sea and sky.

Silver Nova’s suites range in size from 33 sq. m. (357 sq. ft.) to 123 sq. m. (1324 sq. ft.). Superlative comfort and personal space are the hallmark of all 364 suites. A thoughtful redesign includes both bathrooms and Silversea’s signature walk-in closets. The bathroom has been refined to include a modern oversized mirror, a large vanity with two faucets, a spacious walk-in shower, and a lavish bathtub or whirlpool. The walk-in closet has been reimagined to be significantly more open and delightfully rethought to include dedicated compartments for personal jewellery. And every suite has floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto large balconies ranging in size from 53.8 sq. feet (5 sq. meters) to 431 sq. feet (40 square meters). Particularly striking are the 270-degree views of ocean and land from select suites.
A “Legend of Design” spearheaded Silver Nova’s remarkable Suites
For four decades, architect Giacomo Mortola and his GEM studio has been at the forefront of Cruise Ship Design. Lauded at the inaugural Cruise Ship Interiors Awards, he was dubbed “Legend of Design”. Mortola was inspired by the ‘whispered luxury’ of Silver Moon, Silver Muse, Silver Dawn and Silver Origin. In Silver Nova’s suites, you will immediately recognize the exceptional quality and the finest Italian craftsmanship. It is reflected in their elegant soft lighting, headboards with integrated reading lights, and the re-imagined closet design. The color palette is layered and curated to feature a blend of soft and neutral tones with deeper, subtle accents inspired by sea and earth. It is truly a testament to Martoni’s deep understanding of Silversea through his long association with the cruise line.
A look at 2 of Silver Nova’s most Innovative New Suites
First, The Signature Suite…
At 700 sq. ft (65 sq. meters), The Signature suite includes living, dining and sleeping area and one of the largest balconies on board. What is immediately striking is the sweeping views from all these interior features. The luxurious bathroom even has an ocean view over the suite’s 172 sq.ft (16 sq. meters) balcony. And the balcony gives ample space to relax and unwind. Also included is a custom-made luxury mattress, two large flat-screen televisions, a sound system with Bluetooth connectivity and an expresso maker.
And now The OTIUM Suite…
Giacomo Mortola says “With Silver Nova, we had the opportunity to create something that is truly pioneering in the industry. The crowning accomplishment is the OTIUM suite”.
Inspired by Silversea’s extraordinary new wellness program, OtiumSM , the suite is the most spacious aboard Silver Nova. It measures 1324 sq. feet of living space. Located in the premium aft corner position, the suite features floor to ceiling windows in all its living areas, which give unprecedented views from inside the suite. With its balcony, the most spacious on board, comes a private whirlpool bath for the ultimate sybaritic experience at sea.

Every guest, regardless of Suite category, will enjoy enhancements that are an integral part of Silversea’s new OtiumSM Wellness Program. Indulgent sleeping and bathing experiences include ones on your private balcony—a first! There’s a new comfort food menu, available around the clock, which is designed to enhance guest’s movie nights, pre-dinner apertifs, and just moments of pure indulgence. These ‘snacks’ include lobster and caviar in brioche rolls, a selection of gourmet popcorns, and other premium bites.
