Le Bistro: Go Parisian. If you’re looking for a sophisticated night on board, look no further than Le Bistro. The most elegant and formal restaurant in our fleet, Le Bistro promises an upscale dining experience with crisp white linens, an intimate atmosphere and attentive service.
La Cucina: Go Italian. Buona sera! Enjoy the finest ingredients at our vibrant Italian ristorante, La Cucina. Spark a conversation amongst friends over a great bottle of wine and freshly baked artisan farm bread. Dine on classic dishes like pasta carbonara, then order the affogato and indulge in espresso over vanilla or macadamia nut ice cream. Your good evening just got better.
Moderno: Samba Into Deliciousness. If you’re looking for a unique experience, our authentic Brazilian steakhouse is a must. Start with an impressive salad bar of imported cheeses, olives, cured meats, ceviche and specialty salads. Be sure to save room for the delicious skewers of slow-roasted meats including beef, pork, lamb and chicken – all carved tableside by our authentic Pasadores.
Teppanyaki: Dazzling Food Preparation. Flying shrimp. Onion volcanoes. Twirling knives. The sizzles and surprises never cease at our authentic Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Sit around a lively shared table as a skillful chef slices, chops and grills steak, seafood and chicken on a large steel grill right before your eyes. Our chilled, sake-infused Wasabi Cocktail will have you flipping too.
Wasabi: Artfully Prepared. A traditional sushi bar complete with a Yakitori grill. Wasabi serves up a nice selection of popular sushi, sashimi and rolled favorites. In addition to your artfully prepared meal, you’ll find a unique contemporary décor that includes authentic calligraphy-lined walls and digital aquarium visuals that are displayed on an in-wall plasma screen (select ships).
Bayamo: Seafood with a Latin twist. Inspired by the infectious energy of the Cuban city of the same name, Bayamo by Jose Garces is fine dining imagined by one of the world’s most renowned chefs. Every dish is brimming with bold, fresh ingredients. Featured on The Waterfront, the Iron Chef’s first restaurant at sea offers a diverse selection of authentic flavors as vibrant as Cuba itself.
Pincho Tapas Bar: Go Beyond Tradition. Pincho Tapas Bar by Jose Garces is unlike any other restaurant at sea. Inspired by Chef Garces’ work and travels throughout the country, he goes beyond tradition with a menu of shareable small plates that redefine and improve upon centuries-old tapas recipes. Based on the Mediterranean flavors that have long been his expertise, you can truly taste the passion on every plate at this first-at-sea dining venue.
Ocean Blue: Seafood in a Modern Setting. Step inside Ocean Blue and experience a temptingly delicious dining experience not to be missed. Guests have the option to sit indoors or out on The Waterfront.
Los Lobos: Authentic Mexican Cantina with a twist. Bienvenido a Los Lobos! From handcrafted margaritas to carne asada marinated in guajillo chiles and tequila to Ibarra chocolate ice cream topped with dulce de leche sauce, the chefs at Los Lobos focus on the details and unique flavor combinations.
Margaritaville at Sea and Landshark Bar and Grill: Raise a glass and take a bite out of paradise at Jimmy Buffett’s first-ever floating Margaritaville at Sea and then head on over to the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar where every hour is happy hour. Or enjoy the perfect margarita and dig into a cheeseburger at LandShark Bar & Grill while soaking in the views at Harvest Caye.
