    • Thank you for your message, Patrick. The Audie Murphy Memorial is excellent. Made me weep to see it and hear about what those young soldiers and your village went through during World War II. I really appreciate your part in honoring Audie Murphy and others. That shore excursion was one of the best I have ever taken. Many thanks!

  2. Jackie, I was on the Viking Homelands cruise last year #4445695. Great trip with a few glitches. Viking, with much persuasion, sent me a voucher & it is good till Oct. 13, 2018. Just tried to book another cruise & found out my voucher is a problem. Why? Last winter, I inquired through Viking about a cruise but I did not book, pay or give any personal info except for my full name. I have my own travel agent and she was away. I now find out that the Viking person I spoke to used my voucher without my knowledge or permission & Viking is now telling me I have lost it. This is how Viking treats a loyal customer with 4 river cruises & 1 ocean cruise with them plus bringing a total of five customers! I feel what they have done is unjustified. It says on the voucher that the cruise is to be paid in full so how could they apply the voucher to an inquiry. Is this the kind of people they hire. The cruises are great but their administration leaves a lot to be desired. The right hand does know what the left hand is doing. I sincerely believe women get the raw end of the deal. Now most things are booked for 2019 so there isn’t much to choose from. Is there anything you can do to help me.
