I have nothing but compliments for the staff and ship. All were professional and the ship was immaculate. The food was outstanding and everyone tried to make the special on-board events fun and memorable.

Our only complaint, however, is a big one. The on-board guide assigned to our group was not good. It was very apparent that she wasn't interested in the work she was hired to do nor was she interested in us as travelers. We received little information and guidance from her. She was rarely available to answer questions. She left two excursions early and we returned to the boat escorted by the driver only. She seemed very distracted by a friend she had traveling with her. This in turn was very distracting to us. This will not stop us from recommending this trip to others, however.
