Princess Cruises visits Princess Cays, which is located on the southern portion of Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas, approximately 80 miles from Nassau.  This lovely island features white-sand beaches and turquoise waters that make for great snorkeling and swimming.  Water lovers can also rent aqua bikes, seaboards, paddle boats, clear-hull kayaks, sailboats or floats rafts.  Guests looking for pure relaxation can do some shopping, taste the island cuisine and exotic cocktails or just soak up the warm Caribbean sun.  There are plenty of beach umbrellas, tiki huts and hammocks hung beneath dozens of shady trees.

Policies regarding children onboard:

Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail.

Children must be at least 12 months of age at the time of embarkation to sail on trans-ocean crossings and remote itineraries, where there are more than 2 consecutive sea days. The minimum age for escorted cruise tours is five.

All Vessels, with the exception of the Pacific Princess, have dedicated Youth Centers and Teen Lounges.  The Pacific Princess offers youth programs when 20 or more children, ages 3-17, are traveling on a given voyage.  Children under the age of 3 are welcome to visit the Youth Center, if accompanied and supervised by a parent at all times.
