Traveling from Richmond, VA (West) to CEDAR GROVE Parking Site:

1. Take I-64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk, Virginia.
2. Proceed through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel into Norfolk.
3. Turn right onto I-264 west to Downtown Norfolk.
4. Take City Hall Exit (Exit 10).
5. At the light, turn right onto St. Paul’s Boulevard.
6. Follow the “Cruise Parking” signs.

Cedar Grove Parking Garage is located on Monticello Avenue between Virginia Beach Boulevard and Princess Anne Road.

Traveling from Washington D.C. (North) to CEDAR GROVE Parking Site:

1. Take I-95 South.
2. Exit onto I-295 South to Williamsburg/Norfolk, VA (Exit 84).
3. Take I-64 East towards Williamsburg/Norfolk, VA (Exit 200).
4. Proceed through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel into Norfolk.
5. Turn right onto I-264 West to Downtown Norfolk.

Traveling from North Carolina (South) to CEDAR GROVE Parking Site:

1. Take I-95 North to Emporia, VA.
2. Exit onto US-58 East (Exit 11) towards Suffolk/Norfolk/Virginia Beach.
3. In Suffolk, US-58 will merge with US-13; continue east.
4. Follow US-58/US-13 onto I-264 West towards Downtown Norfolk.
5. Proceed through the Downtown Tunnel into Norfolk.
6. Take Waterside Drive/St. Paul’s Boulevard Exit (Exit 9); follow St. Paul Boulevard signs.
7. At the end of the ramp, make a right onto St. Paul’s Boulevard.
8. Follow the “Cruise Parking” signs.

Parking Information and Fees:
The parking rate is $15.00 per night for all cruises. No reservations are required and the parking fee can be paid in person upon entering the lot (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and Travelers Checks are accepted).
