Driving Directions to the Port of Jacksonville:

From North of Jacksonville

  1. Take I-95 South to exit 362A – State Road 9-A South Merge onto Zoo Parkway / Heckscher Drive.
  2. Take State Road 9-A South six miles.
  3. Turn right on Zoo Parkway (State Road 105).
  4. Cross New Berlin Road, and go about 1/2 mile.
  5. Turn left on August Drive into cruise terminal entrance.
  6. Stop at guard station.
  7. Follow signs to parking.

From South of Jacksonville

  1. Take I-95 North to exit 358A – State Road 105 (Zoo Parkway / Heckscher Dr.).
  2. Merge onto Zoo Parkway / Heckscher Drive.
  3. Stay on Zoo Parkway / Heckscher Drive; pass the Jacksonville Zoo, and travel about four miles.
  4. Turn right on August Drive into cruise terminal entrance.
  5. Stop at guard station.
  6. Follow signs to parking.

From West of Jacksonville

  1. Take I-10 East toward Jacksonville
  2. Take I-295 North (this becomes State Road 9-A), exit 356.
  3. Pass the interchange for I-95, staying on I-295/SR 9-A South for six miles to Heckscher Drive/Zoo Parkway exit.
  4. Turn right on Zoo Parkway (State Road 105 South).
  5. Cross New Berlin Road, and go about 1/2 mile.
  6. Turn left on August Drive into cruise terminal entrance.
  7. Stop at guard station.
  8. Follow signs to parking.

From Jacksonville International Airport

  1. Leave JIA via Airport Road, east toward I-95.
  2. Take I-95 South for 1 mile to State Road 9-A South (Exit 362-A, one mile past Jacksonville International Airport).
  3. Take State Road 9-A South six miles.
  4. Turn right on Zoo Parkway (State Road 105).
  5. Cross New Berlin Road, and go about 1/2 mile.
  6. Turn left on August Drive into cruise terminal entrance.
  7. Stop at guard station.
  8. Follow signs to parking.

From Jacksonville Beaches

  1. Take Atlantic Blvd. West to State Road 9-A North.
  2. Take State Road 9-A over the Dames Point Bridge (also known as the Napoleon Bonaparte Broward Bridge).
  3. Take first exit off bridge, Zoo Parkway (SR 105 South).
  4. Turn left on Zoo Parkway (SR 105 South).
  5. Go about 1 mile, then turn left on August Drive into cruise terminal entrance.
  6. Stop at guard station.
  7. Follow signs to parking.

Parking Information and Fees:
Parking is $15 per day per passenger vehicle ($60 for a 4-day cruise and $75 for a 5-day cruise), and $25 per day for oversized recreational vehicles ($100 for a 4-day cruise and $125 for a 5-day cruise). An oversized recreational vehicle is any vehicle that takes up more than one regular sized parking space. Cash or major credit cards are accepted. The parking lot is well lighted, fenced and patrolled by JAXPORT security 24 hours per day. The lot is located adjacent to the terminal building, requiring only a short walk. No reservations are required for parking.

Handicap parking

JAXPORT provides designated handicapped parking spaces. Parking is $15 per day per passenger vehicle, and $25 per day for oversized recreational vehicles. Exception to parking fee: Florida Statute allows cruise terminals to charge for handicapped parking, “except any vehicle with specialized equipment, such as ramps, lifts, or foot or hand controls, for use by a person who has a disability, or any vehicle that is displaying the Florida Toll Exemption permit, is exempt from parking fees”. (Per Florida Statute 316.1964)

JAXPORT will provide special assistance to our disabled guests from the parking lot to the terminal. Please advise the guard upon entering the port that you will need assistance
