Traveling Option from the North and West:

1. Harborside Drive (State Highway 275):
2. I-45 South to Galveston Island
3. From right lane on Causeway, take Exit 1C
4. Exit 1C Feeder Road to Harborside Drive (Hwy 275)
5. Turn left (east) on to Harborside Drive
6. Continue 4.7 miles to Kempner/22nd Street
7. Turn left on Kempner/22nd Street to Cruise Terminal

Traveling Options from the East:

State Highway 87 – West to Galveston Island using Vehicle Ferry System (please allow additional time due to delays at the Ferry landing)

1. Exit Ferry on to Ferry Road/Hwy 87
2. Continue Ferry Road to Harborside Drive
3. Turn right (west) on Harborside Drive
4. Continue approximately 20 city blocks
5. Turn right on Kempner/22nd Street to Cruise Terminal

Alternative travel option:

1. I-10 East to Baytown
2. Connect to 146 South
3. To I-45 South

Parking Information and Fees:

The Port of Galveston allows cruise passengers to reserve a parking spot when sailing out of Galveston.  With the pre-paid parking program, the Port is offering discounted parking rates for spots in the Port of Galveston’s official parking lots. Note: The above charges for parking apply to vehicles occupying a single standard car parking space (81/2′ X 18′). Vehicles, such as buses or large campers, occupying two or more parking spaces will be charged double the above rates. All cruise passengers are guaranteed a place to park. Cash, Travelers Checks and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted at the Port of Galveston Official Parking Lots.
