Crystal’s Ultimate Vintage Room Dinners are one-of-a-kind culinary experiences featuring some of the rarest wines in the world. Offered a few times each year on both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, depending on the wines selected the exceptional dinners are priced at an estimated $1,000 per person.
The first Ultimate Vintage Room Dinner was an eight-course French meal prepared by Master Chef André Soltner, former chef/owner of world-famous Lutèce, paired with, among others, a nearly impossible-to-get 1959 Château Lafite–Rothschild, Pauillac, Bordeaux and a Screaming Eagle 1996 from Napa Valley, considered its dream year.

Palo on the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy is an Adult Exclusive restaurant that boasts Northern Italian cuisine for dinner nightly and a brunch on 4-night and longer cruises.
Named after the signature long poles used to push and pull gondolas in and around Venice, Palo is the preeminent venue for Disney dining on the high seas. Boasting elegant Venetian glass, inlaid wood paneling and sweeping 270-degree panoramic ocean views thanks to the restaurant’s elegant floor-to-ceiling windows and semi-circular layout, Palo is the perfect setting for Guests 18 years of age or older looking for a more intimate—and more romantic—dining experience. Venetian masks adorning the walls, a backlit bar at the restaurant’s center and an open kitchen only add to the magic.

Exclusively aboard the ms Rotterdam, “Taste of De Librije” will feature the cuisine of Culinary Council member and Michelin Star Chef Jonnie Boer. Named after Boer’s restaurant, De Librije, in the Netherlands, the menu will showcase a selection of starters, soups, entrees and desserts from his land-based eatery. Once per cruise the Pinnacle Grill will be transformed into De Librije with service staff wearing the livery uniform, the tables will be replicated and the wine list highlighting a selection of labels from the Lady De Librije collection. Guests may enjoy this five-course meal with wine pairings for US$69 per person.
Named for a famous 18th-century Venetian artist, Canaletto is your destination onboard for an intimate Italian dinner. The evening begins with the chef’s selection of antipasti with a taste of the delicious fare and personal, polished service to follow. Three courses – il primo, il secondo, and il dolci – are offered, carefully selected to focus on fresh, authentic regional Italian cuisine.

The Marina, Regatta, Nautica and Insignia each have specialty restaurants Toscana (Italian) and Polo Grill. Marina also has Jacques (French, named for Jacques Pépin) and Red Ginger (Japanese and Vietnamese). Reservations can be made in advance online or on board and number of reservations may be dependent on sailing category. There is no additional charge for any of these specialty dining rooms.

Privée stands alone as Oceania Cruises’ most indulgent, one-of-a-kind dining experience. Even superlatives pale when describing Marina’s ultimate venue, which you may reserve solely for exclusive parties of as many as ten privileged guests. Opulently decorated with Ferrari Red carpeting, oversized white baby crocodile throne chairs, ornate Baroque millwork, and flanked by backlit onyx-clad walls, the setting for Privée is absolutely exquisite. La Reserve The clink of wine glasses signals the beginning of a very special event, an exclusive affair for only 24 fortunate guests to savor La Reserve by Wine Spectator. Perched high atop Deck 12, La Reserve by Wine Spectator is decorated in a sophisticated decor to provide the ideal venue for wine tastings and gourmet dinners.
During the day, you might sample a flite of distinctive vintages from the wine cellar, each one hand-selected by the head sommelier to reflect the region of the world in which you’re sailing. Evenings are reserved for more elaborate affairs, such as seven-course, gourmet dinners where each course is delightfully paired with carefully selected premium wines.
