NCL Announces Two New Freestyle Cruising Ships

Ships will premiere in 2013, 2014

Love NCL’s Freestyle Cruising Concept?  You’re not alone.  Freestyle cruising, a popular cruising concept, was pioneered by NCL in 2001, and features a “no rules” philosophy.   There are no policies to follow, no agendas to keep.   Cruisers can plan on a whim, or schedule everything beforehand.

As such, NCL’s Freestyle Cruising ships offer guests the opportunity to enjoy multiple dining venues, relaxed attire, a variety of accommodations and world-class entertainment.  With so many choices, the options are endless!

The good news for those of us who love NCL, and Freestyle Cruising, is that they have announced an exciting expansion of their line…two new ships have been commissioned with MEYER WERFT GMBH of Germany, for completion in 2013 and 2014.

These new ships will take the best of what is now available on their ships and create a new class of Freestyle Cruising vessel that will dazzle guests with unparalleled freedom and flexibility.

Each of the 143,500 gross ton vessels, the largest passenger/cruise ships to be built in Germany, will have approximately 4,000 passenger berths and a mix of cabins.

More on these ships to come as details become available!
