Kids Cruise Free For This Spring On Captain Cook Cruises

Not all cruises are several days in length- some of them are as short as a few hours and are simply a sightseeing excursion.  This is a great way to introduce children to the idea of cruising without committing to any extended stay, and gauge what their response will be to the experience.

This concept has been improved upon by Captain Cook Cruises, who is allowing all kids to cruise for free when accompanied by an adult on selected dining and sightseeing cruises.  The effective dates of these offers are April 6- April 22, 2012, and ‘Kids cruise for free’ applies to the Weekend Breakfast cruise, Seafood Buffet Lunch cruise and Sydney Harbour Coffee cruise.

Here’s information straight from the line:

The Weekend Breakfast cruise includes buffet breakfast, including seasonal fresh fruit, selection of cereals, yogurt, bacon, eggs, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, baked beans, chipolatas, croissants, rolls, fruit juice, tea and coffee and is $55 for adults.  One child may less than 15 years of age may travel free with every accompanying paying adult.

The Seafood Buffet Lunch cruise features fresh Sydney rock oysters, ocean king prawns, succulent fish and mussels, plus a wide range of non-seafood and vegetarian dishes to satisfy every taste. A full commentary of the sights of Sydney Harbour is also provided on this cruise. Adults are $75 each and children less than 15 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

The Breakfast cruise departs every Sunday from No. 1 King Street Wharf at 9.00am, and from Jetty 6 Circular Quayat 9.30am. The Seafood Buffet departs daily at 12 noon from No. 1 King Street Wharf, and at 12.30pm from Jetty 6 Circular Quay.

The Sydney Harbour Coffee cruise includes morning and afternoon tea and takes sightseers to the upper reaches, past magnificent waterfront homes, beaches and parklands, and incorporates all the Main Harbour attractions.
