How do I contact a passenger directly on Disney Cruises?
You may contact a guest onboard either of the two ships – the Disney Magic or Disney Wonder- by calling 1-888-DC-ATSEA (1-888-322-8732). After calling, enter:

When you call this number, you will be transferred to the guest’s stateroom. If they are not in their stateroom, you have the option of leaving a voice mail. Please note that shore-to-ship rates apply and range from $7.00 to $9.50 per minute. Maximum call length is 10 minutes.
In order to contact a guest on the ship, you’ll need to know the name of ship they are sailing on, along with the guest’s name and stateroom number.
