Behind the scenes with Celebrity

Ever wanted to see a cruise ship from the inside out? I’d certainly recommend it- it’s fascinating to see how a ship operates!

For those who’d like to see the inner workings of a cruise ship, Celebrity has instituted “Celebrity Inside Access”, which takes guests behind the scenes on their ships and show them all it takes to provide modern luxury at sea.

“Inside Access” allows guests to participate in two exclusive activities, the “See How It’s Done Tour” and the “Bridge Sail Away Experience.”

The See How It’s Done Tour (approximately 3 hours) guides a group of guests through normally non-public areas of the ship; the bridge, mooring deck, crew gym, theater, engine control room, prep rooms and the main dining room galley. To finish things off, each tour is ended with a wine-paired lunch hosted by an officer in the main dining room.

Beginning 30 minutes before and concluding 30 minutes after departing, the Bride Sail Away Experience allows guests an overview of the bridge conducted by a senior Celebrity bridge officer. Guests also have the opportunity to meet and take photos with the ship’s captain.

Those of you with curious minds, rejoice! Celebrity Inside Access program is offered on all ships and available for purchase onboard.
